You'll lead the Fulfillment Operations Group at Bella + Canvas, overseeing inventory, production, and quality to ensure timely delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead fulfillment team to achieve order processing and delivery goals
• Work with Site Director to influence strategic plans
• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations
• Manage budget and drive continuous improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive operations management experience
• Experience leading teams of up to 100 associates
• Process improvement knowledge (LEAN, Six Sigma or similar)
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (HS degree required)
