You'll lead, coach, and empower an Account Management team driving retention, expansion, and loyalty for a fast-growing travel platform. You'll own team metrics, develop strategy with Regional Directors, and build relationships with executive stakeholders. This role offers a chance to scale a high-impact team in a cash flow positive company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, coach, and develop a sales-focused account management team
- Own team metrics and drive quota for onboarding, retention, expansion
- Partner with Regional Directors on account strategy to maximize wallet share
- Develop executive stakeholder relationships at key accounts
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years management experience leading Account Management/Sales team in high-growth environment
- Experience owning and managing monthly team metrics including quota and retention
- Previous experience selling into or driving strategy with executive stakeholders
- Prior experience using Salesforce
