You'll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, blending technical expertise with storytelling in a sales setting. Your core impact will be building confidence in Braze's capabilities and laying strong foundations for long-term partnerships. This role offers the chance to be a technical thought leader while mentoring a team of Solutions Consultants.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as technical thought leader across industry verticals and geographies
  • Mentor Solutions Consultants on the team
  • Partner with sales, marketing, security, and product teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Pre-sales Engineering or Sales Engineering experience
  • Domain knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting team
