You'll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, blending technical expertise with storytelling in a sales setting. Your core impact will be building confidence in Braze's capabilities and laying strong foundations for long-term partnerships. This role offers the chance to be a technical thought leader while mentoring a team of Solutions Consultants.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as technical thought leader across industry verticals and geographies
- Mentor Solutions Consultants on the team
- Partner with sales, marketing, security, and product teams
๐ Requirements
- Pre-sales Engineering or Sales Engineering experience
- Domain knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting team
