Description

You will own strategy on major paid social accounts, lead client relationships, mentor junior talent, and push the department forward through innovation. You'll execute campaigns end-to-end and leverage AI technologies to optimize processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising (paid social preferred)
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and emerging social platforms
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environment
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Own strategy on 3-5 accounts or $20k MRR minimum
• Lead paid advertising strategy and client relationships
• Contribute to junior talent development through mentorship
• Execute campaigns end-to-end including building, optimizing, and reporting
• Drive department innovation through strategic iteration and thought leadership
