You'll ensure a consistent brand identity across all retail touchpoints while collaborating with sales, communications, and creative teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for retail locations.
• Design and implement store layouts, window displays, and product zones.
• Train and support retail teams on merchandising best practices.
• Analyze sales performance to refine visual merchandising plans.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of retail store layouts and fixture design.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for store visits and trade shows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Marketing.
• Knowledge of motorcycle industry and consumer preferences.
• Experience with SketchUp or similar design tools.
