Description

As a Registered Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care, you'll provide compassionate, in-home care to adult and geriatric clients in Atlantic County, NJ. You'll follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor client conditions, all while using a touch pad tablet for documentation. Requirements

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Solid computer skills, EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management
• Accurately document observations and interventions using touch pad tablet
