💼 About This Role

You'll lead ScanForm deployment for public health data systems in Nigeria, working with ministries and global health partners to transform data capture and analysis. Your work will directly improve monitoring of epidemics and food security across the country.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with Nigerian government and donors to understand data workflows
• Manage local teams and oversee project planning and execution
• Co-design data capture tools and dashboards for public health
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Working proficiency in English (ILR 4/5 or CEFR ≥C1)
• Experience managing people and working with governments
• Logical reasoning and ability to express quantitative ideas
• Emotional resilience and high emotional intelligence

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to natural sciences (medicine, biology, etc.)
• Past experience with data analysis and research
