Requirements

• Proven experience hiring, developing, and scaling teams in fast-growth environments
• Strategic partnership skills with ability to shape roadmaps and influence decisions
• Hands-on technical fluency in SQL, experimentation design, and metric definition
• Experience translating complex analyses into executive recommendations
• Two-sided marketplace experience preferred
