Description

You will serve on the front lines of IT support, ensuring employees have the technology they need to be successful. You'll respond to IT tickets, set up equipment, provide on-site support for events, and assist with building out conference rooms and office space.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical support with great customer experience
• Familiarity with Apple Mac hardware and macOS
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and other operating systems
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
• Awareness of computer networking and device/identity/access management concepts

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT tickets to troubleshoot technical issues and install software
• Setup new employee MacBooks, monitors, and equipment
• Provide on-site technical support for company events
• Assist with building out conference rooms and audio visual equipment
• Manage receipt, documentation, and storage of IT equipment
