You'll be the backbone of Okta's sales incentive ecosystem, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for the global sales force. You'll sit at the intersection of Finance and Sales Operations, translating complex commission structures into actionable data. This role offers the chance to drive process improvements and collaborate across teams in a high-growth environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage monthly/quarterly commission cycle for global sales force
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions
- Act as primary contact for sales compensation inquiries
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with nested formulas, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to explain complex commission calculations clearly
โจ Nice to Have
- Direct experience in Sales Compensation (Incentive Compensation Management)
- Experience with Sales Performance Management system (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, CallidusCloud)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
