🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct phone conversations with potential and existing clients
• Connect potential clients with the sales department
• Participate in sales campaigns
• Plan, execute, monitor, and report telemarketing activities

📋 Requirements

• Initiative and ability to make independent decisions
• Very good organization of own work and teamwork skills
• Experience in telephone customer service
• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding
• Experience with CRM software
