💼 About This Role

You'll join the Accounts Receivable team at a newly IPO startup, managing complex billing files and customer support requests. You'll play a key role in scaling the billing process and driving automation. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with sales and deal desk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare high-volume billing files using disparate data sources
• Manage one-off billing requests per internal controls
• Own accounts receivable balances, reconciliations, and write-offs
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of Audit, AR, or General Ledger experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables)

✨ Nice to Have

• Public Accounting experience
• Knowledge of commissions process
• Experience with ERP system (NetSuite preferred)
