You'll lead the sales team at Docsumo, a Document AI startup backed by top VCs. Your core impact will be driving revenue through strategic enterprise sales and building high-performing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue
• Recruit, train, motivate, build pipeline, and market via webinars
• Prepare and deliver presentations/demos to US tech buyers
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics to the organization

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
• 3+ years in a sales leadership position
• 4+ years selling RPA or Process Automation to financial services
• Proven track record of meeting sales quota consistently
• Ability to work USA East Coast timings (8am-5pm)
