You will lead technical strategy and solution architecture for high-value opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives and Practice Directors to deliver scalable solutions that align technology with business goals. You'll mentor junior team members and represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a solutions architect in complex multi-domain environments
• Consultative mindset with ability to influence decisions without product bias
• Ability to own solution strategy end-to-end and partner with technical leaders
• Willingness to mentor and elevate technical skills across the organization
• Must be based in the United States and reside in Arizona; travel up to 40%

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-practice discovery sessions focused on business outcomes
• Own solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities
• Identify cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy and qualification
• Mentor CSAs and engineers in solution design and consultative selling
