Description

You will own the strategy and execution for turning customer stories into a growth lever, building programs like a luminaries network, Customer Advisory Board, and annual awards. You will produce case studies, manage the reference program, and partner with executive stakeholders to make customer advocacy a strategic priority at Spring Health.

Requirements

  • Senior individual contributor accountable for building advocacy programs
  • Proven ROI and partner with executive stakeholders
  • Experience with customer storytelling engine
  • Skilled in building customer database and RevOps infrastructure
  • Occasional travel required for team or company events

Responsibilities

  • Own customer advocacy strategy end-to-end
  • Produce case studies (written and video) and extract proof points
  • Build and scale the reference program with segmented database
  • Drive annual customer awards program end-to-end
  • Execute CAB strategy (~50 participants) with annual in-person and virtual sessions
