You'll oversee community management for multiple Mighty Pro Hosts, ensuring communities operate smoothly and grow through memorable experiences. You'll play a key role in scaling extraordinary results for top creators and brands.

• Join onboarding for new Mighty Pro Hosts aligning brand voice and communication rhythms.
• Set up and manage community, courses, challenges, and events for Mighty Pro Networks.
• Execute monthly themes, weekly activity calendar, and daily polls and questions.
• Create high-quality content at scale including newsletters, resources, and member spotlights.

• Proven experience in marketing and content creation.
• Experience with community management and adapting to new software.
• Strong writing and editing skills to adapt tone for different brands.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple Mighty Pro Networks simultaneously.
