💼 About This Role

You'll partner with largest and most complex customers to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realization. You'll lead multi-brand implementations and coordinate cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role combining technical execution, project management, and executive relationship management.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for enterprise accounts
  • Build detailed project plans for multi-brand deployments
  • Configure Zapier automations and API integrations
  • Facilitate executive business reviews

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with large or multi-brand accounts
  • Proficient in Zapier with multi-step automations
  • Experience using HubSpot and Metabase (or similar BI tools)

  • Familiarity with home services or SaaS
  • Tech-enabled operations experience
