You'll partner with largest and most complex customers to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realization. You'll lead multi-brand implementations and coordinate cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role combining technical execution, project management, and executive relationship management.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for enterprise accounts
- Build detailed project plans for multi-brand deployments
- Configure Zapier automations and API integrations
- Facilitate executive business reviews
📋 Requirements
- 5–8 years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with large or multi-brand accounts
- Proficient in Zapier with multi-step automations
- Experience using HubSpot and Metabase (or similar BI tools)
