You'll identify emerging artists for Duetti's financial solutions, engaging with artists and their teams to explain flexible catalog buyout options. Your core impact is driving lead generation and closing deals at the intersection of Music, Operations and Data Analytics. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to scale deal execution and contribute to democratizing music catalog monetization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage and identify emerging artists for Duetti's financial solutions
• Manage sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, onboarding, closing
• Nurture relationships with artists, managers, and industry stakeholders
• Attend industry events to expand Duetti's artist network

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of artist-facing experience at a music company
• Ability to navigate high volume of opportunities in organized manner
• Deep interest in music industry and deal structuring
• Bachelor's Degree in music, media, or related field
