Description

You will architect and scale the infrastructure that connects LaunchDarkly to enterprise data warehouses, enabling warehouse-native experimentation and real-time metrics. You'll design core services, lead technical direction, and mentor engineers while building scalable integration connectors and data pipelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional backend software engineering experience with production-grade systems
• Proven expertise in distributed systems design and implementation
• Strong programming proficiency in Go, Java, Rust, or C++
• Hands-on experience designing and building scalable APIs
• Familiarity with modern data warehouse platforms is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable warehouse integration infrastructure to support multiple enterprise data warehouse platforms
• Build and own core backend services and APIs for warehouse connectivity, data export pipelines, health checks, and monitoring
• Establish design patterns, frameworks, and best practices for warehouse integrations
• Lead technical design reviews and author tech specs for cross-cutting integration work
• Mentor backend engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and regular guidance
