💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day construction activities for multiple large industrial tilt-up projects across the Lower Mainland. You'll ensure civil works comply with drawings and specifications while driving project milestones. This role offers the chance to work with one of Western Canada's largest industrial developers with over 800 acres of holdings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for multiple sites
• Review civil works for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Develop and drive the construction schedule with the project team
• Supervise field employees and subcontractors for efficient work

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience with mid-size construction projects
• Focus on earth and civil works
• First-hand knowledge of earth moving equipment (excavator, dozer, trucks)
• Working knowledge of construction planning, methodology, and HSE procedures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with road work
• Ability to do basic layouts from grading and civil drawings
