Description

You will manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, vendor management, and expense report review, ensuring accurate and timely payments while supporting month-end close and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-4 years accounting experience with AP emphasis
• Experience with NetSuite/Expensify/Airbase/Zip a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP process
• Enter and code invoices accurately
• Review employee expense reports
• Process weekly check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments
• Handle withholding tax for vendor payments
