You'll lead Amanotes' largest business unit, managing flagship titles like Magic Tiles 3 and Dancing Road. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the division's game strategy and fill needed capabilities.
• Apply AI to speed up production, live-ops, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams including product, design, tech, and monetization.
• Set and track KPIs for game development projects and the division.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in mobile app and game development, especially casual or hybrid casual titles.
• 5+ years in leadership roles building high-performing teams.
• Proven success designing and scaling liveops and hybrid monetization systems.
• Understand and successfully deploy AI products/tools.
