You'll lead regulatory change initiatives across Netwealth's platform, working with Product, Technology, and Operations teams. Your core impact will be ensuring changes are adopted and embedded, not just delivered. You'll bridge the gap between delivery and adoption in a complex financial services environment.

• Interpret regulatory guidance and assess relevance to Netwealth
• Deliver clear impact assessments shortly after guidance release
• Lead end-to-end change execution across teams and systems
• Drive change adoption through communication and training plans

📋 Requirements

• Regulatory change experience in financial services
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
• Deep understanding of compliance obligations
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Experience with ASIC or APRA guidance
• Change management certification
• Platform or wealth management background
