Description

You will lead the manufacturing expansion execution for Mill Commercial, managing the selection of new Manufacturing Partners and overseeing program management for bringing up new manufacturing locations. You'll interface with vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive decisions and ensure supply capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Manufacturing Operations with direct management of third parties (CM/JDM/OEM) for hardware products
• Program management experience in bringing up new manufacturing via NPI or new locations/partners
• Start-up experience desired
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Manage selection process of new Manufacturing Partners
• Create RFQ documentation and drive MSA completion
• Align with Demand and Planning team on manufacturing ramp and supply capability
• Plan key development build activities (DVT, PVT) with engineering team
• Detailed program management for bring-up of Manufacturing Partners
