You'll lead customized research projects for Fortune 1000 clients, serving as their trusted advisor on recruitment strategy. You'll independently manage end-to-end projects from conception to delivery, presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders. This role offers exposure to strategic storytelling and building advisory relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary research advisor for 5-8 enterprise clients
• Design custom research protocols and survey instruments
• Analyze data and produce executive-ready deliverables
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with confidence

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in survey research, analytics, or consulting
• Client-facing advisory experience with senior stakeholders
• End-to-end custom research project management
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
