🎯 What You'll Do

• Design visual interfaces for AI-based internal tools
• Lead user research through interviews and usability tests
• Collaborate with PMs, analysts, data and tech teams
• Design responsive flows aligned to the UI Kit

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital product design (UI/UX)
• Solid experience in user research
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in agile methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI products or projects
• Banking or financial services background
• Knowledge of Power BI or Google Analytics
