You'll provide hands-on technical support for customers integrating and using a usage-based billing platform, acting as a key bridge between customers and engineering teams. You'll troubleshoot complex API issues, manage escalations, and improve product usability.

- Provide hands-on support for API integration and best practices.
- Investigate and debug customer issues using observability tools.
- Manage escalations through ticketing systems with clear communication.
- Develop internal tools and automations to improve support workflows.
๐ Requirements
- At least 2 years in a technical support or B2B SaaS support role.
- Debugging and triaging complex technical issues.
- API understanding and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Scripting with APIs and functional SQL knowledge.
