💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building modern data platforms using Microsoft Azure and Databricks for enterprise clients. You'll shape the technical direction of the Data & AI practice and serve as a trusted advisor on data governance. This role offers flexibility and autonomy to solve challenging problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in new business development and technical sales.
• Oversee delivery of data platform and analytics projects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Define data roadmaps and governance frameworks for clients.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 12 years of industry experience, with 4 as a hands-on manager
• 4 years in consulting working directly with enterprise customers
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure data resources including Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI
• Deep expertise with Databricks including Unity Catalog and architecture design

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs, and MLOps
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and DevOps tools
• Experience with Profisee, FiveTran, DBT, or Collibra
