Description

You will advise clients in the regulated energy space on critical business issues, including utility revenue requirements, rate design, alternative regulation, and transactions. You will manage complex projects, coach junior staff, and contribute to strategic advisory for utilities and infrastructure owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (Master's preferred)
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, utility companies, or regulatory bodies
• Ability to independently manage consulting teams and complex assignments
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior staff
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on utility revenue requirements, cost of service, and rate design
• Manage utility rate cases and similar proceedings
• Support alternative regulation initiatives including performance-based regulation and multi-year rate plans
• Advise on transactions involving regulated utilities or infrastructure
• Provide strategic advisory for utilities or owners of regulated infrastructure
