Description

In this role, you will drive strategic projects and technical initiatives across Coupang's eCommerce Engineering organization, directly impacting millions of customers. You'll be responsible for end-to-end program ownership, from diagnosis and strategy to execution and accountability for goals. This is a high-visibility role working with tech and business leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic or business development experience
• Experience in problem solving, deep diving, and identifying root causes
• Experience synthesizing information and presenting to senior leadership
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership experience and BA/BS degree

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and processes to support strategic direction
• Create and manage long-term organizational goals
• Ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance
• Act as internal accelerator across multiple organizations for new tools and processes
• Define metrics to measure efficacy and lead teams to improve them
