You'll serve as the functional backbone for all outsourced cosmetic and mechanical work, ensuring our production pipeline meets a Gold Standard for quality, financial accuracy, and timing. You'll manage vendor performance, timelines, and budgets to drive total production velocity and cost control. This role offers autonomy to lead a high-performing team in a fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dispatch sublet work across vendors based on capacity and performance
• Monitor vehicle status to enforce strict deadlines and reassign work as needed
• Review, challenge, and approve vendor invoices for budget accuracy
• Maintain SOPs and identify process gaps to prevent delays

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in automotive operations, shop coordination, or vendor management
• Process discipline with high attention to detail and preference for following established procedures
• Power user in G-Suite to track timelines and budgets
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
