You'll partner with Sales and Finance to implement AI-driven automation while owning monthly cash flow forecasting and DSO metrics. This role offers the chance to build a scalable collections function from the ground up in a fast-paced tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop a global collections team
• Migrate manual workflows to AI-based solutions using NetSuite and Salesforce
• Own monthly cash flow forecasting and monitor DSO trends
• Resolve complex billing issues with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading Finance or AR teams in a global SaaS environment
• High proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Proven track record implementing automation tools or RPA in collections
• Exceptional English communication skills for stakeholder management
