💼 About This Role

You'll be the second hire on Fi's strategic finance team, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making at a fast-growing pet-tech company. You'll equip business leaders with financial models and analytics to drive ROI-positive projects and support investor communications. This role offers a chance to work directly with senior management and make a tangible impact at an investor-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics.
• Partner with Data team to define and report core business KPIs.
• Prepare decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors.
• Work with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years in investment banking, consulting, VC, or similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills including three-statement models and unit economics.
• Advanced Excel fluency required.
• Working knowledge of ROI, LTV/CAC, GAAP, and analytics tools like Tableau or SQL.
