💼 About This Role

You'll lead delivery excellence and revenue growth within Toptal's Services organization, driving AI-enabled automation and process standardization. You'll own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio, improving margins and client satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention.
• Partner with Sales and PreSales to expand client engagements.
• Establish standardized delivery methodologies and SLAs.
• Lead a team of Delivery Managers across multiple clients.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in IT/Professional Services delivery
• 5+ years in a multi-account or director-level leadership role
• 5+ years managing global delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree required
