💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of discrimination algorithms for EO/IR sensors to classify threats in real-time operational environments. You'll design signal processing pipelines including detection, feature extraction, and image processing to enhance classification performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discrimination algorithm development for EO/IR sensors
• Design and implement signal processing pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• 8+ years experience in signal processing for EO/IR sensors
• Proficiency in detection theory and SNR analysis
• Experience transitioning algorithms to production environments

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Engineering or Physics
• Experience with space or missile defense systems
• Expertise in pattern recognition or computer vision for defense
