💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end product design for AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile at Plaud, a fast-growing AI note-taking company. You'll partner closely with PM and Engineering to translate AI capabilities into clear, usable user experiences. This role offers a chance to define the next-gen paradigm for human-AI interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows.
• Partner with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable user experiences.
• Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality and consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products.
• Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive user experiences.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
