🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design vision and execution for a product domain
• Set craft bar through your own shipped work
• Mentor and raise designers through critique and pairing
• Drive AI thinking in your workflow and shipped products

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product/UX Design experience
• Track record at senior IC level
• Strong AI fluency in product design
• Demonstrated commercial fluency in design trade-offs

✨ Nice to Have

• SaaS or complex product experience
• Line management experience
• Experience defining success measures and checking results
