🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide targeted remediation support for FAA A&P subject areas
• Reinforce technical concepts through tutoring and hands-on coaching
• Collaborate with instructors to identify remediation priorities
• Assist with hangar equipment setup and maintain organized workspaces

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Student or graduate of an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) program
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on aviation maintenance skills
• Must have passed the General Written, Airframe, or Powerplant exam

• Prior tutoring, mentoring, or instructional support experience
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
