Description

You will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of Robinhood's immigration and relocation support, ensuring a concierge-level experience for employees. You'll build and scale global mobility programs in partnership with key internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of immigration and mobility experience in fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Expertise in U.S. immigration policy
• Experience partnering with external immigration and relocation providers
• Project management experience with visa/work permit transfers and green card sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of US immigration and global mobility support
• Lead and scale a high-performing Global Mobility team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations
• Build partnerships with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams
• Benchmark policies and recommend program improvements
