💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and scaling of Harvey Academy's formal certification program, working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Legal Engineering. You'll ensure certifications drive product adoption and create real customer value in the professional services context. This role offers a rare opportunity to build from zero to one at a rapidly growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define certification frameworks, competency levels, and learning objectives
• Design and manage assessments including exams and practical evaluations
• Partner with Product and Legal Engineering to keep content current with product changes
• Manage end-to-end certification operations: enrollment, issuance, renewals, and support

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years leading certification programs for SaaS or AI enterprise products
• Experience designing credentials for professional services audiences, legal sector preferred
• Proven ability to build or scale certification or assessment-based initiatives
• Hands-on experience with LMS or credentialing platforms (e.g., Skilljar, Credly)
