💼 About This Role

You'll lead M&A execution and strategic growth initiatives at Fullscript, a health technology company. You'll own financial analysis, build investment materials, and drive deals from evaluation to close. This role offers the chance to apply rigorous analysis in an operating environment and be deeply involved in end-to-end transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute M&A and strategic transaction processes including target evaluation and diligence.
• Build detailed financial models (3-statement, LBO, accretion/dilution) to evaluate transactions.
• Support deal negotiations by analyzing terms, sensitivities, and value drivers.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence efforts across finance, legal, product, and operations.
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and Board discussions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or technology industries.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with ability to build complex models independently.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills for executive-ready materials.

• MBA or CFA certification.
• Direct transaction execution exposure in banking or PE.
• Understanding of technical workflows.
