You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, acting as a trusted partner to translate business needs into effective system configurations. Working with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, you'll ensure smooth adoption and directly influence retention by shaping first impressions and long-term satisfaction.

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
  • Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and internal teams
  • Log and track customer needs, feedback, and issues using CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with clients across different levels
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms
