You'll join the finance team at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, a leading private fusion company, providing strategic financial support to engineering, operations, and corporate functions. You'll drive financial performance and improve decision-making using data tools like Power BI, SQL, and Anaplan. This highly visible role blends traditional financial acumen with modern technical proficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and forecasts
• Create Power BI dashboards and automate reporting workflows
• Provide financial analysis and KPI reporting to senior leadership
• Support capital allocation decisions with financial modeling

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 7+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or CPA
• Experience in a manufacturing or technology start-up
• Familiarity with Anaplan, SQL, and relational databases
