Description

As an Analytics Lead on Affirm's Revenue team, you will drive top-line growth by partnering with Strategic Alliances and Client Success teams. You'll create business cases, dashboards, and experiments to demonstrate Affirm's value to merchants, standardize analytics solutions, and provide guidance on experiment design to optimize go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics)
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and establish analytical frameworks
• Excellent communication and narrative crafting for influencing stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving projects end-to-end and building cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

• Optimize decisions and execution with analyses, communicating to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with Strategic Alliances and Client Success Teams as data SME for Revenue segments and merchants
• Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and handle experiments to engage merchants and demonstrate Affirm's value
• Standardize common use cases and provide analytics infrastructure to scale decisions and execution
• Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies, working with data sources to generate actionable insights
