Description

You will support daily clinical and pharmacy operations, help coordinate vendor relationships, and contribute to process improvements. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure seamless care delivery and assist in quality oversight, all while directly improving patient safety and experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years in clinical, healthcare, pharmacy, telemedicine, or digital health operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and digital health platforms
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support clinical quality oversight and adherence to protocols
• Coordinate vendor quality reviews and maintain performance dashboards
• Monitor vendor and team performance against SLAs and quality benchmarks
• Help investigate and resolve clinical escalations using data and EMRs
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational documentation
