🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Document care management using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in VA
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
