Description

You will manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation using NetSuite. Your work ensures timely cash flow and accurate financial reporting within a fast-growing fleet safety technology company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA Inter IPCC preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or O2C processes
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
• Proficiency in NetSuite (SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Workflows) and advanced MS Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process customer invoices in NetSuite
• Monitor outstanding receivables and resolve payment discrepancies
• Apply customer payments accurately and maintain AR aging reports
• Generate AR reports, DSO analysis, and collection forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
