You will guide users through their first 90 days with Stripe, ensuring fast, high-quality integration. Manage a portfolio of users, deliver technical workshops, and proactively unblock deployments.

Requirements

• 2+ years in implementation consulting, technical support, or solutions engineering in API/SaaS
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to explain complex API architecture to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong aptitude to read and debug code, understand RESTful APIs
• Problem-solving skills for user-specific business models

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of user implementations to hit go-live dates
• Deliver interactive workshops on API integration, Dashboard, Fraud/Radar, and Financial Reporting
• Anticipate and unblock technical challenges with prescriptive guidance
• Advise on dispute management workflows and reconciliation for operational readiness
• Contribute to process improvements and onboarding documentation
