You'll partner with regional Customer Success teams to drive customer value by deepening adoption, recommending best practices, and demonstrating advanced product features. Your work will directly accelerate time-to-value and maximize customers' investment in Delinea's identity security platform. This is a remote UK-based role with a collaborative, global team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with CSMs and account teams to drive customer adoption and value.
  • Provide technical guidance on architecture, integrations, and roadmap alignment.
  • Collaborate on success plans, executive reviews, and health checks.
  • Serve as liaison to internal teams for unblocking support cases and escalations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, particularly IAM or PAM.
  • Track record of building trusted partnerships across Sales and Product teams.
