🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Storage SRE technical roadmap across 12+ month horizon
• Lead and grow a team of engineers through mentorship and career development
• Drive generalization of cluster lifecycle, schema management, and observability tooling
• Partner with engineering teams as expert on reliable database adoption

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant industry experience in database infrastructure or SRE
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading SRE or infrastructure teams
• Proven track record of building high-performing engineering teams
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
